Roaster notes

This washed coffee from Yukro Village in Ethiopia's Jimma region comes through Mike Mamo at Telia Washing Station, who practices daily lot separations to preserve quality. The beans are heirloom varieties Gibirinna 74110 and Serto 74112—developed by the Jimma Agricultural Research Center in the 1970s for disease resistance while maintaining excellent cup character. Expect a vibrant cup with notes of pomelo, red plum, and black tea.
