This single-origin coffee from Colombia's Cundinamarca region is produced by various small holders working together through a co-operative at Viani. The Typica variety, an old-world traditional cultivar grown at 1300-1800 meters above sea level and washed processed, delivers a big, rich cup with just a slight touch of acidity. Stonefruit, cocoa, and grape notes combine to create an intense flavor experience that honors classic Colombian coffee character.
