Guatemala La Colina

Roaster notes

Finca La Colina's coffee grows on the slopes near Chimaltenango, about 20 kilometers northwest of Antigua in southern Guatemala. Antonio Medina inherited this land from his father, who planted the first coffee trees in 1991 after years of working on various farms to gain experience. The light-roasted Bourbon variety washed at 1700 meters altitude delivers a bright cup with stone fruit sweetness balanced by milk chocolate and maple syrup notes.
