This washed Ethiopian coffee comes from 765 smallholder farmers who bring carefully selected ripe red cherries to the Chelbesa Washing Station in the Gedeb district of Yirgacheffe. Built by SNAP Specialty Coffee in 2019, the station features distinctive ceramic fermentation tanks that store heat and accelerate processing for a particularly clear cup. The light roast highlights bright notes of plum, raspberry, and citrus blossom from this high-altitude, shade-grown coffee.
