The cherries are collected from small-scale farmers and processed naturally at the Refisa facility—a post-harvest station built by Testi Coffee, a family-owned business rooted in southern Ethiopia that also supports local communities through well and school construction. The natural process preserves bright, fruity character with notes of lavender, lemon, and blueberry.
