This coffee originates from Ethiopia's West Arsi Zone at over 2200 meters, where Testi Coffee operates the Refisa processing station in Nensebo Woreda. More than 600 organic-certified smallholders bring their cherries here for natural processing—whole cherries drying in the sun with beans intact—creating a cup that reflects the bright floral and fruity character of this high-altitude Ethiopian terroir.
