Grown on volcanic soil in Kenya’s Kisii region, this lot features classic SL34 cultivars processed using an experimental anaerobic method to enhance sweetness and complexity. The slow drying process draws sugars into the bean, creating a unique jammy depth that balances the origin's famous intensity with a fruity, wine-like body. Expect vibrant notes of green apple, strawberry jam, and cherry in every cup.
