Lady in Red returns from Finca Zarza in Colombia's Bruselas region—a celebrated Pacamara variety grown at 1750 meters. This coffee undergoes an extended fermentation natural process with aerobic oxidation followed by anaerobic fermentation and thermal shock treatment to preserve the developed aromas. The result is a vibrant cup with tasting notes of cherry lollipop, strawberry, and citrus.
