Yirgacheffe Bloom is an exceptional single origin coffee from the heart of Ethiopia's famous Yirgacheffe region. These special arabica beans are carefully cultivated at high altitude in the south of the country, where volcanic soils, cool mountain air, and regular rainfall combine to create a coffee with pronounced character. The natural process yields a cup featuring peach, apricot, orange, and sweet tea notes with a long finish.
