Sourced from the Uraga Guji region in Ethiopia, this coffee is a blend of harvests from approximately 500 local smallholder farmers processed at the Siko Washing Station. The cup reveals layered flavors of peach, apricot jam, and orange marmalade, accompanied by floral notes and a long, sweet finish. This elegant profile highlights the complex diversity characteristic of Ethiopian heirloom varieties grown in rich, high-altitude soils.
