This Costa Rican coffee comes from producer Roberto Mata, a longtime partner whose lots consistently deliver cleaner and brighter cups each year. This first drop of his juicy honey process uses coffee juice after depulping to boost fermentation, creating a funky yet remarkably clean character with chocolate notes alongside tropical fruit flavors and bright lactic acidity.
