Sourced from the Capucas farm in Honduras, this organic and Fairtrade certified coffee is grown at altitudes between 1450 and 1600 meters. The beans are processed using the Swiss Water Decaf method to remove caffeine while preserving the natural character of the Catuai variety. The resulting cup offers a sweet profile with distinct notes of honey syrup and chocolate, providing a smooth and flavorful experience without the stimulant effects.
