From the smallholding of Pluma Dorada in Colasay, northern Peru, this Tabi variety coffee is grown by Andy Llanos Delgado with attention to organic practices and biodiversity. Processed using a washed method with gentle, extended fermentation, it delivers a wonderfully fruity and juicy cup brimming with red plum sweetness, balanced by bright peach acidity, and finishing with rich hazelnut notes.
