Las Etiopes is an eight-hectare farm in Jaén's El Porvenir village, established by UK expatriate Simon Brown and his wife Merlith Cruz in 2019. This washed Red Caturra offers a sweet cup reminiscent of black wine gums with gentle apple acidity, rounded out by classic chocolate and nutty flavors.
