Myanmar, The Lady
Roaster notes
This unique coffee comes from a cooperative of 51 female-led farms in Nwar Ban Gyi Village, Ywangan, Shan State, Myanmar. The cherries are processed using honey carbonic maceration—collected within 18 hours of harvest, fermented for 48 hours in sealed tanks before pulping, then dried on raised beds for 12-15 days. Expect a cup with notes of redcurrant, caramel, and toasted nuts from this limited edition lot produced exclusively by women.
