From Victorio Cruz's farm Jerusalén in the remote Guajiquiro region of Honduras, this anaerobic natural Typica coffee travels by horseback to reach you. For fifty years across three generations, his family has preserved ancient varieties using organic practices. The cup delivers an extremely sweet and fruity profile with notes of mango, strawberry, plum, pineapple, and peach while maintaining a very clean finish.
