Guatemala, El Durazno

Roaster notes

This young Guatemalan coffee comes from El Durazno farm in Nuevo Oriente, where Rafael Ventura's hand-picked Bourbon cherries are processed at Finca Rabanales using the white honey method. The mountainous region's mineral-rich metamorphic soil creates ideal growing conditions for this high-altitude lot harvested December through April. Expect a cup with notes of chocolate, brown sugar, and peach.
