Ecuador's Cruz Loma farm is cultivated by husband-and-wife team Alexandra & Galo Morales in Pichincha province. This washed coffee blends Sydra and Mejorado varieties—both Ethiopian landraces—at 1450 meters altitude, harvested August-September 2024. The cup delivers extremely clean flavors with high citric acidity, featuring lemon, Victoria plum, and complex elderflower florals.
