Roaster notes

This natural process coffee from Jaime Zuluaga at Finca El Samán in Montenegro, Quindio is grown at 1,900 metres above sea level. The Pink Bourbon variety undergoes a thirty-six-hour extended fermentation under limited oxygen before being dried on raised beds, creating an intensely fruity profile with notes of agave, cacao nib, and plum.
