From Yunnan province in southern China, this coffee comes from Fuyan Washing Station operated by Mr Li and Mrs Na. The cherries are hand-picked and naturally processed—dried in the sun like raisins—which imparts fruitiness and sweetness to the beans. Expect a very fruit-forward cup with notes of cherry liqueur, red grape, and a sweet brown sugar finish.
