Roaster notes

From Finca Deborah in Panama's Volcán region, Echo is a Geisha coffee featuring cascara-infused extended Carbonic Maceration processing. The ripest cherries are selected and infused with extra cascara to create inherent syrupy sweetness before undergoing 50 hours of fermentation. This unique process unlocks a complex flavor profile characterized by distinct notes of black cherry, rooibos, and rich raisin.
