Margarissa Halo is a clean, washed Yirgacheffe from the highlands of Gedeb, Ethiopia, sourced from the Halo Beriti Washing Station at 2,150 metres above sea level. This coffee showcases what happens when local farmers unite around meticulous processing—cherries are floated to remove defects, carefully washed, fermented for 72 hours, and dried on raised beds for 11 days. Bright yuzu and juicy nectarine lead the palate, balanced by soft black tea notes, creating a clean, refreshing cup that's nostalgic and perfect for easy summer sipping.
