EL Silencio

Roaster notes

From Piendamó in Colombia's Cauca region, El Silencio is a washed Pink Bourbon grown at 1,740 meters by Robinson Rivera Muelas on his eponymous farm. The cup opens with rhubarb and orange zest, revealing plum and nectarine notes through a syrupy body before finishing long with black tea character. This coffee earned an 86.25-point score while embodying Colombian specialty coffee tradition.
