Roaster notes

Nestled in the misty mountains of Lancang County, Yunnan Province, Tianhao Estate has cultivated coffee since 2007 using ecological methods without pesticides. This natural process draws inspiration from wine-making traditions—cherries are spread on raised drying beds and covered with cloth to ferment through their skin, creating what's known as a "Winey Natural" profile. The resulting cup offers a balanced character with notes of cherry, pineapple, raisin, honey, and subtle wine-like complexity alongside cocoa undertones.
