El Salvador FES Portillo 48h

Roaster notes

From Finca El Salvador in El Salvador comes a Borbonera coffee from sixty-year-old trees that produce amazingly complex and sweet cups with notes of dark chocolate, raisin, and cherry. Forty-eight hours of fermentation in the cherry adds a layer of funkiness to this natural process coffee, creating a cup that reminds many of rum raisin ice cream.
