This coffee comes from Finca Kilimanjaro in Santa Ana, El Salvador, produced by Aida Batlle—a fifth-generation farmer who runs three farms and was the first woman to win the Cup of Excellence in 2003 with coffee from this farm. Her dedication to specialty coffee cultivation has earned international recognition, with her coffees featured by baristas in competitions worldwide. This washed lot is grown at elevations between 1580-1720 meters under shade on African cherry trees.
