Roaster notes

This elegant washed coffee comes from Gedeb woreda in Southern Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe region, where multigenerational smallholders cultivate garden plots of less than one hectare. The distinctive varieties 74110 and 74112 bring bright citrus notes and floral character to this cup, which opens with orange, honey, and caramel flavors. Cherries are depulped on the same day at Banko Chelbesa processing station before being fermented in clean tanks and sun-dried on raised beds.
