Botón de Oro is a honey-processed coffee grown by our family on a 5-hectare farm in Costa Rica, planted alongside Thitonia diversifolia—a flowering plant with yellow blossoms that provides shade and naturally repels insects. This sustainable approach honors the land while producing a cup of bright sweetness, offering notes of honey comb, sweet citrus, and caramel.
