Roaster notes

This coffee hails from Cañas Verdes in Boquete, Panama, cultivated on the slopes of Volcán Barú National Park at 1,550 meters above sea level. The volcanic soils are fertile and well-draining, while a tropical forest microclimate provides balanced shade from native trees alongside sunlight, with light mist during the day and denser fog at dusk. These conditions allow cherries to mature fully, intensifying sugars for an intense juicy flavor with aromatic floral notes.
