"El Rancho farm is owned by a local coffee farmers' association, and it has become a center for specialty coffee development. It's a place where producers experiment, learn from each other, and refine various processing methods. The farm located at 1,750 meters altitude has ideal conditions for growing high-quality varieties. Since 2013 the team has focused on Pink Bourbon and Caturra varieties, and now it processes both its own harvests and coffees acquired from nearby producers. An on-site processing facility helps them improve product consistency and raise quality even further."
