This natural process coffee originates from Chelbesa in Ethiopia's high-altitude Gedeb region, where approximately 400 smallholder farmers cultivate their crops at elevations between 2,000-2,300 meters. Processed naturally at the Danche Washing Station using traditional methods of hand-picking and careful sorting, this coffee showcases a vibrant flavor profile with notes of mango, lemon, black tea, strawberry, pineapple, and marzipan across different brewing methods. The extended maturation period afforded by the elevated terrain contributes to its distinctive character and precise natural processing quality.
