This Ethiopian coffee from Sidama's Bombe community undergoes controlled anaerobic fermentation to enhance its naturally fruity and floral character. In the cup, ripe strawberry and mango take center stage alongside delicate floral notes and a winey rosé-like quality. The acidity is present yet balanced, with a silky texture that carries the fruit-forward flavors through a clean, defined finish.
