Santa Rita Estate is located in western El Salvador's Apaneca mountains at 1200 meters altitude, where rich fertile soils nurture this Bourbon variety. The honey process removes only the outer skin of the coffee cherry while leaving the fruit flesh on the bean—a labor-intensive method that yields natural sweetness and complex fruit flavors. This cup offers a light sweetness with notes of blueberry, apple, and cocoa, supported by a solid body and gentle acidity.
