Roaster notes

In November 2020, we met John Mubangizi at his Rwandaro cooperative in Rubirizi, Uganda. After years working internationally, he returned to his birthplace to unite 1,615 local coffee farmers under one organization—Rwandaro means "growing together." This natural-processed coffee is dried with the fruit intact, allowing extended contact with sweet pulp that creates bright peach and jasmine aromas in the cup.
