Roaster notes

In southern Tanzania's Mbeya region, the Umalila cooperative unites approximately 250 farmers from surrounding villages who have transitioned from small-scale village processing to a modern central processing station. This shift has brought more knowledge and quality control, resulting in pronounced, floral coffees with notes of yellow peach and jasmine. The varieties grown here are mainly Compact and Bourbon derivatives like N39, selected for thriving at altitude and producing complex flavors.
