Don Vallejito is a coffee from Ecuador's Pichincha region, grown at over 1500 meters by Ricardo Edwin Vargas Lombaño and his wife Miriam. Named in memory of Ricardo's father-in-law, this farm was established in 2014 with a focus on specialty coffee quality. The cup reveals clear fruitiness with apricot, hibiscus, and blood orange notes, offering a fresh, floral character with a pleasantly long finish.
