This naturally processed coffee from Ethiopia's Guji region comes from small farmers at the Gerba Dogo Washing Station, grown at 2100-2300 metres altitude. Intact cherries are dried with their skin and pulp to develop intense sweetness, yielding a cup of wild berries and chocolate with syrupy body and gigantic sweetness. This lot achieves what many natural coffees cannot: rich fruit and floral character without any fermented undertones, showcasing Ethiopia's indigenous wild coffee varieties at their finest.
