Sourced from smallholder farmers in Ethiopia’s East Guji region and processed at the Gerba washing station, this washed coffee is cultivated under native shade trees. The cherries undergo a 72-hour tank fermentation before being dried on raised beds to preserve their vibrant character. Expect a complex cup profile featuring notes of Earl Grey tea, dried fig, and dark chocolate.
