Roaster notes

This Ethiopian natural process coffee comes from smallholder farmers in the Chelchele region of Gedeo Zone, delivering ripe cherries to a washing station at 1900-2100 meters elevation. The heirloom varieties are intercropped with enset and avocado trees in fertile red-brown soil, creating conditions for coffee that expresses bright strawberry, sweet fig, and vanilla notes on the palate.
