Grown at 1800-2200 masl from Kurume and Welicho varieties, this lot comes through Tesfaye Bekele's washing station in Guji, which collects coffee from 171 outgrowers. The mill participates in the Trabocca blockchain system that tracks money flow directly to farmers at fairer prices.
