This coffee from El Mirador farm in Pital, Huila presents an intriguing Kenya-like brightness that impressed the roasters immediately. Sourced through Coocentral cooperative and grown at 1760 meters above sea level, this Castillo variety is washed and fermented on a tile tank for three days before drying. The cup delivers bright, crisp flavors with notes of mirabelle plum and orange, finishing with brown sugar sweetness.
