Roaster notes

This blend brings together tiny lots from Sierra Mazateca in northern Oaxaca, a mist-shrouded mountain region where the Mazatec people have farmed for generations. Many individual harvests are so small—sometimes just 5kg—that they couldn't be sold separately; Raw Material gathers them into "Lotecitos," or Little Lots, honoring both the producers and the demanding terrain that gives this coffee its character. The cup delivers plum, bright citrus, gentle spice, and a rich texture—a layered brew capturing something honest and vibrant from this deeply indigenous corner of Mexico.
