Roaster notes

High in Ethiopia's Djimmah region, small-scale farmers cultivate heirloom coffee plants rooted deep in fertile volcanic soil. The cherries are hand-picked and given natural processing, slowly dried on raised beds to allow the sugars to develop fully. This results in a soft, balanced cup that feels like walking through a fruit garden—a clear coffee with flavors of blueberries, lemongrass, and subtle hazelnut.
