Roaster notes

This Ethiopian natural coffee comes from Lensa Gari Station in Guji, where Fitsum and about 150 farmers cultivate heirloom varieties on lush volcanic soil. The station was started three years ago—Lensa is his wife's name, and she works alongside him as a team in this coffee project. Dried naturally on beds for approximately 28 days at high altitude, the cup reveals sweet honey and roasted hazelnut notes with a bright blueberry finish.
