From the Sidama region of Ethiopia, Dukamo is a washed coffee from the family-owned Shantawene farm in the Bombe district. Named after star Messier 41 as part of an astronomical naming tradition, this lot showcases heirloom varieties grown under forest shade at high altitude with meticulous cherry-by-cherry handpicking and traditional wet processing. The cup delivers an elegant floral and fruity profile featuring honey sweetness, bright orange notes, and a juicy peach character, supported by lively acidity and a silky body that lingers on the palate.
