From Chelchele village in Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe region, this coffee comes from Worku Buche's farm group established in 2023. Hand-picked red cherries are fermented for thirty hours then washed and dried on raised African beds under shade before being hulled in Addis Ababa. The light roast reveals a cup with notes of cocoa, black cherry, hazelnut, nougat, and dried fruit.
