This single-origin coffee comes from the Jose Alfredo Zeledon (JAZ) farm in Nicaragua's San Juan de Rio Coco region, grown at 1,150 meters above sea level. The light-medium roast highlights Arabica beans of Bourbon and Caturra varieties, delivering a cup with sweetness, body, and lovely mildness accented by dark chocolate notes. It is recommended for filter or French press preparation to best express its balanced character.
