Grown at 1,150 meters elevation, this light-medium roast Arabica featuring Caturra and Red Bourbon varieties offers sweetness, body, and a lovely mildness with notes of dark chocolate. The producer recommends brewing JAZ using filter or French press methods to best express its gentle character.
