DON MAURICIO is a tribute to producer Mauricio Rosales from Finca La Maravilla in Huehuetenango, Guatemala. This carefully composed blend combines Bourbon and Caturra varieties grown at 1,650–2,000 meters altitude, washed with spring water and dried over approximately twenty days on patios and raised beds. The cup delivers a chocolate-forward profile with notes of cocoa, nougat, honey, and mild nutty tones—a balanced filter coffee defined by quiet sweetness, restrained acidity, and a dense, creamy body that lingers cleanly without bitterness.
