Gesha Village - Lot 26/136 Oma Honey
Roaster notes
This honey-processed Gesha from the Oma block at Gesha Village in Ethiopia's Bench Maji region traces its lineage to wild populations near the Gori Gesha forest—the historic source of the famous Panamanian Gesha. Cultivated between 1931 and 2040 meters, this coffee is carefully pulped with mucilage intact, dried under sun then shade for up to 18 days, and rested three months before milling. The result captures the purity and aromatic complexity that defines Ethiopia's original Gesha heritage.
